Practice of Sustainability Leadership: A Multi-Stakeholder Inclusive Framework

Sustainability leadership aims at balancing short-term economic goals with long-term sustainable development by considering the interests of all stakeholders instead just shareholders and focusing on a triple bottom line: people, planet, profit. The existing research sustainability has mainly focused role individual competencies without other meso macro level factors that can impact enactment leadership. studies have considered these micro, meso, levels conceptualized as stratified discrete, assuming hierarchical relationship between them. Such conceptualization constitutes an impediment to dynamic communication engagement is necessary achievement goals. Drawing stakeholder theory, this study investigates key impacting practice in contextually relevant manner. More specially, we propose multi-level, multi-stakeholder framework for data driven supported evidence. This meant portray holistic model reciprocal manner which each other.
